Cheap hotel to dip-off too for a night of escape. Room was $100 bucks for a king bed(smoking), microwave and small refrigerator available in room. Not bad but hotel could use a little renovation and consistent room cleaning services(some rooms weren't available due to not being cleaned/serviced. If you need to save economically, price wasn't bad for what you get.

Room was dirty, tub is dirty. Hair in the linen. Floor boards missing. Microwave dirty. Fridge was dirty with caked up food. Top to the toilet tank isn’t a proper fit. Walls stained with food. When I presented the pictures to management I was told that I looked broke and I needed the money. I was told that I was trying to hustle them.

I stayed here last Friday and stayed till this Friday. While being there I was being bit by something at first I thought it was mosquitoes but learned it was bed bugs. Told front desk and they could care less, they switched my room and that room also had bed bugs. Contacted Red roof Guest relations and they took it under investigation to only to be told sorry about my horrible stay and that there's nothing they will do about it. I wanted a refund, or free night hotel stays for the inconvenience at another location. I will never stay here again, the fact that made me upset is the manager there questioned if I was bit at all. My body is bite up head to toe. I have videos of the bed bugs and pictures showing they are there. If your planning on staying here I don't recommend it. Stay away from rooms 250 and room 110. They are infested with them I'm pretty sure most room have it as well. If you so take as many pictures as you can and gather up as many evidence and take them to court because they won't do anything about it until we actually bring it to light. Good luck guys 🙏🏾

Not a bad stay overall but I had a couple of issues with the room. 1. The shower head wasn’t working properly. It was just pouring water out and straight down. I didn’t request a new one as I was able to get marginally clean and I was sick and didn’t want to subject anyone to my illness. 2. Couldn’t get the heat to get the room warm enough until I figured out there’s a separate thermostat for the heater. The heater on the a/c unit wasn’t cutting it. IMO this is something that needs to be communicated at check in. I communicated the shower head issue upon check out.
