I use this service often when I accompany my mom as she requires a wheelchair. Our drivers have all been helpful and kind. I would like to recognize Yve who picked us up at Seabury on 9/4/2022 and transported us to a local restaurant so my mom could enjoy an evening out with family. He was so accommodating and attentive, ensuring her safety and comfort. He took great pride in his work and explained all the safety precautions. Thank you for this service!

I have the hardest time contacting the customer service people. I have been trying to get a hold of a real person for four days. I need clarification on a few incidents that have currently happened and no one has the time for me. They are REALLY bad at customer service!!!!!
