Awful experience here - NOTHING to do with employees, they’re doing their best w given circumstances… but you will wait over an hour here to see a teller. They have 13 windows and only 2 are open on the 1st of the month!!! The line was 1 hour 14 minutes from 11-12ish. The two women in front of me both had transactions over 20 minutes…. So the line stood frozen for 20 minutes because they are understaffed and can’t open a third window!! Out of 13!! This is horrible service WF. Why don’t you staff better, especially on the 1st of month when everyone has bills due! I don’t mind waiting but over an hour and 2 windows is ridiculous. I feel really sorry for the people who work here, they seemed flustered when I asked whether someone could open another and overly apologetic. Her response made it clear she is complained to by customers often. Too bad they can’t even get 3 tellers working, I wouldn’t want to work here either when there is so little support. Oh well, guess I will drive the extra 15 minutes for the Granada branch next time. Kudos to the manager on duty today, she was polished in her explanation and doing her best. The 3 women (manager & 2 tellers) deserve a HUGE raise.

Friday 3:30 pm before holiday in Reseda branch on Sherman Way. 12 people in line, one teller! How many tellers in Beverly Hills? WF discrimination against poorer neighborhoods.

On March 22 2022. Me and several other guests experienced an unacceptable wait time at this wells fargo. Clearly, the tellers here take their time under the clock (bad for business). The Northridge location is by far better.

Always super busy. They only have like 2-3 tellers max. Unlike BofA and Chase, Wells can’t help you deposit checks using a tablet. There’s also no business line. This branch in particular, is the worst when it comes to the amount of time you end up standing in line. I avoid coming here as much as possible, but it’s the closest Wells to my office. Disappointing. :(
