I had the rudest cashier yesterday. I come in once a week (and for the most part, everyone is very nice and easy going. But it’s always this girl that has a hair up her butt. Everything I say, it’s always bothering her in some way. I asked if everything was ok, she was abrupt and curt with me and shoed me out. I was trying to be polite. Oh well, still love YogurLand’s ice cream!!

Ordered online at 11:25pm. Employee called and said they didn’t have any of the items I ordered and that they were already closed (at 11:30). They couldn’t explain why they were closed, so I drove down and, what do you know, they were open with guests inside. Walked in to see that they actually did have the items we ordered. Employee couldn’t assist in getting me a refund, even though I ordered on the company website. I’d say they must be doing so well that they don’t need my money, but THEY ALREADY HAVE IT! 👏👎 Update: I emailed as requested and have received no response a week later ☹️

Great place, its delicious. Just it's a lil over priced even for a side of toppings I got charge for a regular price of a medium sized yogurt. It didnt even weigh anything.
