This is my first time here and we had a blast! I ordered everything that I wanted to get a taste of. The pancakes were exceptional and I really thoroughly enjoyed the lobster roll. I will be back!

Food was delicious! Celebrated a friends birthday and the entire experience was pleasant and welcoming! The lobster roll was made to perfection, FULL of meat, and mighty tasty. The chips made in house were glorious and the clam chowder took the cake! Wow! Will absolutely be back! Our server was also excellent! Very attentive and humorous. Delighted to have experienced this establishment!

There for the first-time not really happy with the experience, as I arrived 30 minutes prior to reservation and was terribly disappointed it took them the extent of the wait time to acknowledge me at the bar area and after waiting over 20 minutes for a drink did not even get the order correct! While in the time of covid one almost expects a wait time, just about everywhere, it sure is unacceptable, to in addition not get the order right! It sure made for unacceptable first impression! After being seated at the table in a high table which was also uncomfortable, the server was helpful, friendly, and apologetic about the already disappointing experience, and did go above and beyond to make the rest of our experience a pleasant one. I do give it to her,as she did do an amazing job! The food, such a significant part of the experience, in my opinion, was not particularly impressive! I found the menu limited and was also not too thrilled with the appetizer which was the restaurant's version of your typical bruchetta! I was also not impressed with the portion size of the main entree, which in my opinion, was a bit small for a dinner item! The decor of the restaurant is modern elegant but laid back so fitting for the restaurant's name, with the overall dominant color cream which gives any space that Hampton rich feel. While the decor was exquisite, it did not make a difference with the overall experience, given first impressions count and they sure are lasting!! Should we decide to return, we hope the issues are resolved, that in the future it makes for a better experience!
