Extra charge for not paying cash long wait, normally dont take the time to write a review unless there is an issue, The food is good here thats not the issue, the issue is that when I am the only person there and I waited 35 minutes for a single plate and additionally the advertised price per plate was $12.99 I ordered a single plate final cost $14.36 they charge you an extra fee if you dont pay in cash and dont tell you until you have swiped your card see attached photo I would have paid cash had I know this is a shady business pratice

The service was great, quick , and the place was clean. The food was good but the chicken was a bit salty for my liking. Will come back to try more items 🙂

I ordered a burrito bowl last night and scheduled it for pick up at 10:45am, when I came around 10:50 they told me it wasn’t ready yet, which is fine, so I waited around for fifteen minutes and asked when it’d be ready. Turns out the cashier didn’t even bother printing out the paper to make my order and it was not ready until 25 minutes later, even though people who ordered five minutes ago were already getting their food. On top of that, I paid extra for things on my bowl and they forgot one of them, even though it was already paid for and I also didn’t get the side tortilla chips, really disappointing
