I’ve been coming here since it opened and have had nothing but a great experience. People are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Today I placed an order and was given the wrong product. I know I placed the order correctly online because I remember specifically selecting 14g instead of 7g and hitting add to cart. Something went wrong and either the system or an employee mishandled the placing of my order. I realized this after I left so I returned to the store to rectify what happened. I was introduced to Ashley the assistant manager. She had the receipt in her had and showed me the order I was given, not the one I placed. I explained to her what happened and how I was missing 7g for what would of only been $20 more and anyone with common sense could see this was obviously a mistake. She interrupted me while I was talking, had a very poor attitude, and refused to take any responsibility even though she herself said there have been system errors before! She said best she could do was give me store credit. I went into the store and she proceeded to show me how to use a computer mouse. She then told me there was nothing she could do since it’s all my fault. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here and was treated like she could care less. The bud tender didn’t even say anything like “‘hey you know for $20 more you could get 7 g’s”. How could nobody notice this mistake that they make then blame it on a loyal customer? So disappointed in a store that’s always been the opposite of this experience and more specifically the assistant manager Ashley. I Hope anyone reading this has a better experience than me and has a great day.

They have the most welcoming demeanor and environment. Very kind and professional. Everyone follows the mask rules and they make it pretty easy to social distance. The staff is polite, warm, and informative. All smiles! It's only getting better!
