Highly recommend this location & Fitchburg. This is a long review but details are important as this branch changed my perception of enterprise as a whole. My experience with enterprise in a different city has not been great over the past few months. With car shortages I understand there have been issues & I’m sure it’s stressful for the staff. Being a District Sales Manager for a large organization I understand the impact shortages can have on the business. I’ve always taught my team that a guest in the end should always know we’ve gone above & beyond to help them. It’s evident that the Branch Manager Adam has the same customer first mentality. This was very clear from day 1 when I had & emergency & had to pick up a car 20 minutes before the Gardner location closed. The car I expected wasn’t available but Sam was welcoming, empathetic efficient, & overall very helpful. I left there with confidence in my service. Fast forward to today where I had an unfortunate circumstance arise that prevented from returning the car as planned. Adam not only got back me quickly but also was extremely understanding & did exactly what a manager should do which is find a solution even if it wasn’t so convenient for them. Thank you Sam & Adam for an amazing experience.

My mother had passed away, and my vehicle had some electrical issues, including the a/c. I have medical issues that cause me to get ill in the heat, and I was also transporting my elderly aunt to the services, all while in the middle of a heatwave. The good folks at Enterprise were able to set me up with a similar car with only a few days notice. This was my first time renting a car, but they made it fast and easy so I could focus on the important things.
