They were really nice in their and tried my boy Kobe so special. It was my first time in, there was another dog, and my dog kept barking, but no one complained, they actually came and let him to comfort him. They were also so friendly when it was my dogs turn to go with them, he happy followed. The micro-chip process took 1 minute, or less. My boy peed in the hallway and they didn’t bat an eye. I was so embarrassed but they got the mop, cleaned it up and laughed about it. Thanks for the experience. I recommend everyone to use them, you can tell they love animals there.

Ragged Mountain has the best staff around and pricing is so competitive. My husband and I have been taking our pup here for YEARS. We've never lived in the immediate area and recently moved even further up north in CT. However, we refuse to change Vets and are willing to travel over an hour in traffic every time for our visits. Love love love this place!
