Good morning Kamelia. My name is Kevin and I own Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers of Plainville. Our typical prices without insurance are $150 for the evaluation and $100 for each visit after. However if you call the office on Monday we can discuss it and work something out. Please call 860-517-8885 on Monday between 7-7 and I will chat with you about prices!
Aaron is Right 30 minutes to an hour. The first day is an evaluation and plan for an hour.
