From start to finish, Kliemann Brother’s comfort specialist and installers were incredibly professional, straightforward and honest about the cost, timing and maintenance expectations for our new heat pump. The installer even stayed an hour longer to adjust our vents and explain appropriate thermostat settings and annual maintenance expectations to keep our new system running for a long time. I highly recommend Kliemann Brothers if you’re looking to repair or purchase a new system.

My salesman Walt was very patient and went through six different scenarios for my A/C and furnace replacement. Sean and Sam showed up on time. They both are very professional and helpful explaining the entire process of the installation. They prepped for Dave the electrician who was great too. My 2 year old heat system stopped working. Kliemann Bros was easy to reach and very responsive. They were able to come within a reasonable amount of time. The day before, and the day of service, they were very very good at communicating so I always knew when they were expected and could plan accordingly. During the appointment the technician was very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this company!
