We’re not happy. Feeling ripped off right now. Mattson was paid well and dumped the trailer on us with no ramp or lift. We have a freezer and rolling toolbox to get down. We have no idea how to get the 1000 lb toolbox or the heavy freezer down. We’re using a ladder to get in and out of the container. We’re very upset 😠

I shipped a vehicle through Alaska Car Transport, which apparently uses Matson for shipment. When I booked the shipment (over 2 months ago) I was asked when I needed to pick the car up. I gave the date and was given a date to bring the car to the port. As of today, Alaska Car Transport/Matson has had our vehicle 14 days and it has not been delivered to us in Seattle. We have been in Washington since the day after the car was supposed to be delivered. Each day we are paying a hotel bill and have no transportation. We have spoken to both companies and the customer service is the worst I’ve experienced. I will never ship another vehicle and be at the mercy of either of these companies. We were also informed in the paperwork we had 3 days to pick up our vehicle before being charged storage fees for each day. I’m not sure how to plan to pick your vehicle up if they can’t give a reasonable idea of when the vehicle will be available.
