I never ever left a bad review, but I am ticked off now. Just bought this packaged shredded parmesan tonight to enjoy my pasta dinner. Ended up even eating a little accidentally. Went right back to the store with this and receipt in hand. I was guided to a manager, and I was offered a replacement for the exact same product. I asked if I could have some fresh shredded parmesan from the deli and we'll call it even. He said he can't do that. Exact replacement or refund is all I can have. I can get the refund and buy whatever I want. For real?? Not even an attempt to just throw a little something my way to appease me. I own a business and when someone is unhappy, I try to find a happy medium. I said thanks for nothing and clear those off the shelf asap. I did get my refund. It's not the $6 I cared about. Good luck to anyone shopping there!

Used to be the best store on Long Island. Now probably one of the worst. Came 3 times to try and support Long Island business and they were sold out more than half our shopping list all 3 times. 2 times the credit and debit was down and sales prices in flyer not honored. Awful. No staff to help. Bottle machines broken all the time.
