I let Management know at 9:00 that I had a leak in my dishwasher - within 15 minutes two maintenance men were there (Mike and another maintenance man), they assessed the dishwasher, took it out and took it with them, informing me of everything they were doing, they cleaned everything up, and I had my dishwasher installed by 12:30, again, they cleaned everything up and I could not have been more pleased! I have been here for 28 years and have NEVER been dissatisfied with ANY maintenance man that has worked in my apartment. I trust them implicitly.
