Kellie is literally the nicest person i have ever met!! she makes you feel so comfortable while you tour with her around the complex. This place is very lucky to have her!! The apartments are also nice, i love the area!

Had a tour today scheduled and Kellie was amazing! She went over everything we asked for and more. Very detailed. She let us take our time to view the apartment. I didn’t feel rushed or obligated to apply ( which has been one of the most common things I’ve seen in apartment hunting lately). The apartments are very clean and private. You’re 5 min from downtown Wheaton.

My experience at Lakeside has been great. Great staff. Customer friendly interactions throughout my time in the community. In the summer they extended access to the pool beyond the usual Labor day cutoff which was a plus since the good weather continued into the fall. The property is always clean in and around the community. Friendly neighbors. Prompt responses to maintenance request and lastly staff that have worked with their tenants through the difficulties of Covid. This is a great community to live in and call home. Thank you Lakeside.
