For the last several months I've repeatedly had issues with guest service at this location. Most recent complaint -- I called asking for guest service to hold on to a bag of dog food. It's hard to find this brand and in the bigger size. It sells out pretty fast and I knew odds were it would be gone if I tried to place an online order. First attempt I was just hung up on. Second attempt an employee tried to claim they don't hold items nor do they have the space to hold items. Which seemed like a blatant lie, as I've made similar requests on several occasions. Most recently in the last month. No problem at all. I unfortunately didn't catch this employee's name but he supposedly grabbed the bag for me. However when I went down there to go pick it up just some hours later, where three guest service employees were just loitering about -- they claimed no one made such a call. And just as I anticipated, the dog food was sold out by then. Frustrated I left, and I could hear some of said employees snickering. Though of course I can't say if that had anything to do with blatantly screwing me over. This is completely unprofessional behavior. I've never had a problem at my usual Target location. The only reason I ever even bother visiting the one at the mall is BECAUSE they're typically the closest location that has in stock the bigger bag of dog food. I've had similar frustrating experiences with guest service here. Calls not answered, several hours of waiting around for a simple one to two item online order, general lack of assistance in store. Just seems to be an ongoing problem at this location.

Every time I have ordered a pick up in store item & Ive arrived before the item is ready the person at the order counter say: “we are sorry your order is not ready but we’ll go grab it for you right now. In a few minutes they fetch the item & off I go. Today. Now actually I came here to pick up an item. It wasn’t ready. The lady at the order counter goes “not ready” so I go oh well can I get it now? She goes “you’ll get an email” all with a veery get lost attitude. I the. Tell her I would like to pick up the girls ten now. To which she replies “cancel your Oder and go grab it” at this point I’m like wow so I ask can you help me?? She replies “it’s downstairs” and continues to act as if I’m disturbing her. worst experience at target. I’m still here waiting fir someone to locate the item. Wasting my time in what should have been a smooth thing. Managers please train your employees on correct work attitude & friendliness. Also if the item is already paid for go get the item Like every other store does. I came into this store and was lost because not only did I know it was inside the mall, but once I realized where I was before I could even ask for help your employee Jacques in Topanga helped me so much and went above and beyond. What such a great asset to have in your store and company. Very polite and treats people how they should be treated. You don't find to often that customer service is supposed to be a happy experience because of all of the mean and disrespectful people that are around and in customer service so thank you and keep up the good work Jacques!

My fiancée and I had a good experience at this Target location. We were shopping inside the mall and my fiancée needed some things from Target so we visited this location. The store is nicely organized and now they have security at the entrance now, I guess because of all those smash & grab happening. We mostly stayed on the 1st floor and were able to find what we wanted. The employees are friendly and can answer your questions if you have any. They also have 4 self checkout station, it might be an issue if they are really busy. They also have their own parking structure if you're solely here for only Target. We wore out mask inside the store but not sure if it's mandatory since the city is starting to ease up on it.

I've seen cashew ice cream there. They definitely carry the milk and sometimes have it for the best price. Not sure about the ice cream.
Mask Required upon entry, and social distancing advised. They have Sanitizer pumps by the door, but they don't refill them often enough for all the guests entering. They don't designate spaced lines at the registers anymore.
