What's the policy on returns without reciepts

Just got this from target site, hope it works for you. The store can look up receipts for purchases made with the following payment methods: Target REDcard™ (Target Debit Card™, Target Credit Card™, Target™ Mastercard®)Third-party Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, and Discover® credit cardsChecks: You must bring a blank check from the same checking accountTarget GiftCards: You must have the physical Target GiftCard for look-up If you don't have the receipt or packing slip for an item, you may receive a refund in the form of a merchandise return card. When returning an item purchased from a Target Storefront™ Partner, you must provide the receipt or present the original method of payment for receipt lookup. Receipts for items sold by Partners are sent via email when the order is shipped, and again when theorder is delivered. You can also print your receipt on your order details page.
