overall time here was gd, mostly thx2 natalie--mngr present at time of visit, who made up for/made better an initial issue encountered at entry & another after, (specifically with someone from whom i rcvd an unnecessary amount of attitude at something that didnt need2 b as much of an issue as it became, & who seems cld b a problem-employee, or if not then maybe just having a bad day, but either way not taking it personally-due to circumstances-& leaving name off...) aside from that, was a gd experience; the x-ray technician/nurse & everyone else i interacted with was friendly, helpful & professional...building exterior & interior looked new & beautiful, very welcoming energy inside main entrance...wait was exceptionally minimal, services provided were executed excellently & with no issues, entire rest of process was painless & stress/hassle free. (with the exception of the one person/incident at door, but as i said-in being 100% fair-mngr completely handled that for me vry well & was receptive to feedback in a way that was worthy of the highest praise & respect, im confident it wont b an issue again in the future at all for myself or others after talking with her) ...all said & done, would return & recommend. (only reason i left off the last star is only bcuz its reserved for only the vry best of the best, but if i cld say 4.9 out of 5 i wld.)
