Unfortunately I did not enjoy my stay here. Perhaps I am spoiled with better Cape Cod hotel experiences but I was disappointed. The parking was odd, since many of the spaces seemed reserved for the patrons of the bar/restaurant, not the hotel guests, but this seemed to change daily. But you should never have to be worried whether or not you can park your car in the lot as a hotel guest. The hotel room was extremely dusty and not very clean. You could see the ceiling fan blades coated with dust. The bathroom floor had pubic hair from previous guests. The bathroom cabinets under the sink literally fall on the floor when you touch them. The rooms feel very cramped and small (at least our room did), and no ice available on any of the floors, you have to go to the front desk for that. The TV was hilariously small, like most desktop computers have bigger screens. No pool, no hot tub, no common amenities many Cape hotels would typically have IMO. The only saving grace I suppose is the great location in Onset, walking distance from nearby activities like Kayaking, the Beach, the town area (there was live music in the town park and that was nice), and they are close to a lovely Onset Café at the Beach. Also, the hotel bar was very nice, we had a couple drinks one night.

A group of 13 (no reservation) they were awesome!! Accommodated all of us the food was amazing as were the drinks!! Highly recommend

I went to the 1883 bar/tavern that is in the hotel. The atmosphere was great. A live band was playing, people were happy, dancing but they were understaffed and it took a while for the waitress to come over and quite a while to get drinks. I didn't eat but the food of people around me looked good.
