Most disorganized uhaul ive ever been to the truck i rented was horrible ..the manager didnt care..if you must rent a uhaul go down the street to a different shop. They actually might pm there trucks and care about what they rent. To you ..The manager at moon lake Kayla Delucco. Lacks the skills to work with the public ...DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GO SOMEWERE ELSE..IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD ..I FOUND KAYLA SITTING IN THE OFFICE WITH A SIGN ON DOOR SAYING SHE WAS OUT ON PROPERTY SHE WASN'T SHE WAS SITTING IN THE OFFICE IN THE DARK. THAT WAS AFTER I CALLED THAT OFFICE IN MY TRUCK SITTING IN THERE PARKING LOT ....LAZY STAFF

I have been with this location since 2013 with no issues. The 2nd half of 2021 I keep getting notifications of late payments AND pre-lien notifications, even though the payment sent thru my Bill Pay Checking account several days before it is due and clears the bank. I call the Hudson U-Hall several times each month and never get to talk to anyone or after leaving a message, I do not get a return call. Talked to customer service of the home office, opened a claim ticket and still did not resolve the issue. I was told that their software was not recognizing the payment but the person recalls my check being processed at the local location but does not get processed at the main office. I am very disappointed in the resolution of this problem. DO NOT RENT STORAGE UNIT!

This review is based on customer service in regards to availability during hours of operation. I called at 11:30 am earlier today to verify if this location closest to me carried packing paper and once confirming that they did, I verified hours of operation just in case it wasn’t up to date on Google. Google was correct, they closed at 7 pm. After running other errands, I arrived at this location at 5:50 pm. Went to open the door of the office and it was locked. I verified their hours which were posted on the door, they were open until 7 pm as I had confirmed before. Then I noticed a sign that said to call their number and someone would be right up. I called 8 times from 5:53-6:21 pm while waiting on the parking lot. I even had the Uhaul answering service call them. They received no answer either. I had time to call other locations within 25 minutes too but they didn’t answer either. Finally someone opened the door and I was able to make my purchase. She was very nice and said she didn’t get calls. I’m not sure if that’s true..but it’s possible. If that’s the case, this review will let you know you need to fix your current system so that this doesn’t happen to other customers.
