I was only there for a short time. But my experience was wonderful. Peter the manager very kind and respectful. The neighbors are friendly and courteous. Nice clean and safe park. Would love to go back there

The. Old manager lyn was so rude and nasty the way she treated people I'm surprised anyone would live here, but now that she is gone the atmosphere here is a whole lot better with the new management yes the lot rent went up quite a bit but they are improving the place. I was going to move and sell but I'm not going anywhere now

Called the number to the front office. And as far as this place being being a drug area, or infested with drugs is a flat out lie. All of the people that wrote those negative reviews about the manager are absolute trash and riffraff themselves. I'm glad that they are banned from our park. 90% of the residents (both local yearounders, and snowbirds alike) have lived here for years. They would agree that Lynn has done an excellent job in cleaning up the previous manager's mess and getting rid of the scum that brings other trashy people, and unnecessary drama to our quiet lityl

I moved in , in March and mines been 500.00 a month. It's best to call or come up here. But it's a wonderful place to live.
