Simsbury 1820 House

I am a local resident and staying at the 1820 House while I am doing renovations to my home. The entire staff has been absolutely exceptional every step of the way. Every person I have spoken to has been professional, friendly, and so efficient. I have a dog with me and the staff here has been so incredibly accommodating. I have stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world and I have not received service as outstanding as I have at the 1820 House. I am happy to be staying here for several weeks!

What a charming inn! Their staff is exceptional and very kind. The place is outdated and would be a true hidden gem when upgraded, nevertheless we've had a charming stay and would recommend it for any CT travellers. The rooms are big, the bed was comfortable and you could feel the New England vibe.

If I could give this B&B 10 Stars, I would. It is a very beautiful and impeccably clean. We came for vacation from Florida, but needed to extend our stay due to Hurricane Ian. A huge shout out to Linda, Glen, and Cheryl for making that happen. An extra shout out to Linda for your kindness and compassion. She seemed to know what we needed just before we were about to ask. Thank you Simbury 1820 House for an amazing stay.
