Stopped for fuel while passing through on I95. The fuel station was adequate. But the receipt printer ran, but gave no receipt. So now I had to walk in to get my receipt. I understand this does happen. But when I got to the register, the guy in front of me also came inside because he didn't get his receipt at the pump. Either it was an moment in time that both printers ran out at the same time, or both had run out earlier. Worse yet are more of the printers or maybe all, out of paper. When you look at it, it's a great ploy to get you to go inside, but why? But then again, maybe it was just overlooked or both ran out at the same time. So once inside, I wound up purchasing something I didn't need and probably would not have, if the printer did it's job and I would have been on my way. In this case, the ploy worked worked whether intentional or not. I purchased something that I would not have.

Was told to wait at the register while the guy behind the counter at work made his lunch then couldn't get gas because he didn't know what part number my truck was on and and on top of it and then he gives me attitude because I told him well you should at least know the order that the pumps are in because I didn't feel like paying for gas for somebody else's car Danny throws the change in my hand didn't even hand it to me I think attitude adjustments need to be done by employees especially the night crew there was hardly any hot food to eat and he found a moldy hot dog bun which was his lunch which was the issue I had to wait at the register so he could fix it his lunch just so you know I was in at 11:00 on Saturday night

I called just a few seconds ago just to ask a simple ? ,And your cashier was very rude ! Yes he answered me which was kinda crass,but did not say ur welcome after I said politely thank you ..he just HUNG UP ON ME ..VERY IGNORANT OF HIM .you lost my business I'm sorry..n a few others I know won't come there anymore either..

This location often has lower gas prices than other Irving locations. I prefer this car wash to other local options. Also, I haven't seen him in a while, but Phil is the best at the car wash!
