While the price seemed high for a hotel, it did match pricing on hotels nearby. Overall I was pleased to be able to use my points. We used this as a stopover to rest and get ready to visit Acadia National Park. The hotel was clean, had fresh complimentary water and coffee in the morning, and a well-stocked marketplace with self-checkout for us to stock up for the day. Self check-in worked correctly and I was able to use the digital key to open the exterior door as well as access my pre-selected room without having to stop at the front desk. In the morning, the front desk staff was friendly when I asked where the business center was to print out a pass. All in all a great stay with no issues!

Stayed here many times, and they never disappoint. Great service, rooms and pool. Restaurant is excellent. Beautiful hotel. This hotel is worth the little bit extra that you pay.

Very luxurious in public areas, but bedroom was very basic. I like to sleep in a dark room, so wasn't pleased to find that I couldn't pull drapes closed; they were decorative panels only. The curtains across center of window were sheer panels. Most of staff were courteous; we were greeted by a very pleasant man on duty on checking in at 2:30p.m. Later in evening there was a different man on duty who acted a little curt when I asked for a paper copy of restaurant menu. A young woman at the desk with him gave it to me after he'd told me that I could scan the menu from sign in elevator. I had to explain that my phone needed charging and I had been told on checking in that paper copies were available at the desk. The room service staff were very nice, and overall it was a clean, comfortable stay.
