This place is a gem. Went in after hearing some good things online, and every thing they say about this place is true. Rick and all the staff are just awesome through and through and provide nothing but top notch service. Had my partscaster assembled here and setup (best setup I’ve ever played) and it’s hard to think anyone in NYC does what these guys do better. The price and workmanship are unmatched, and I’d recommend this place 11 times out of 10 :) Thank you for doing what you do!

this place has gotta be my favorite guitar store ever! Rick is a super nice and friendly guy, he is very humble, and laid back. The guitars look and feel phenomenal, I bought a shirt and some pins, and received a good chunk of knowledge. the store is beautifully decorated, and all around fun would recommend to anyone, (not just guitarists, or luthiers)

Rick does good work however, don't expect gratitude for bringing business to the store. I had my guitar worked on he gave me a price than they tried to charge more which created a bit of conflict. If one quotes a price you have to honor that. After seeing his A-list of cliental I understood why the iceyness. Maybe me being Hispanic added to that. The signal I picked up was " I built guitars, you don't" Maybe if you purchased one of his over price guitars you might get a thank you?
