My friend bought a lovely villa here. Once you close on your home here, it is impossible to get them to repair items. My friend's door that wouldn't stay shut even when locked was eventually fixed after contacting, by certified letter, Pulte Corporate in Georgia. But everything else including a driveway that multiple tradesmen have said is poor workmanship and does not drain properly are outstanding. She was told she should just get the driveway cleaned. Communication is non-existent. No written response to certified letters. Phone messages are unanswered. Several home owners in the area are in the same boat and all are told that nothing can be done because they are out of their warranty period no matter that complaints were made beforehand. The management office can be abrasive and not willing to help. Staffing turnover is horrendous. The original builder quit with no notice, the agent became ill and the replacement builder just threw his hands up and said I inherited this.
