Gave at least 2 shoes that the heels were not damaged and asked specifically to the cashier to be careful not to damage them. Unfortunately they were when I got them back and the owner told me it was already like that when I brought them. Not very nice from the owner but you learn you to trust.

Bob repaired my boots , heel coming off, last August. Now, the fronts are separating, so I returned to Bob to get them fixed again. Repaired boots are cheaper than new ones!

I had my Redwing work boots resoled that according to Redwing could not be resoled and I’m very happy so far. I waited a couple weeks to see how they would hold up but after three weeks in the field I have no complaints. I will definitely go back, I hope to get these boots resoled again in a year. Turn around time was one week.
