Multiple times Ive ordered delivery and before my order arrived, the Dominos online delivery tracker said my order had been "delivered" yet I hadnt received it. On one occasion my food arrived 30 mins after the order had supposedly been delivered and tonight it was 20 mins after the online tracker said my food had been delivered. I called to see where my food was after the tracker said it was delivered and the woman who answered was rude and disrespectful.

I live 5 minutes from here I figured delivery would be better since I had a cranky 5-year-old. After I ordered online they have called me before they came and told me I needed to have a cash tip for the driver!!! Last time I checked tips were not guaranteed that is not the way to go about it!!!!!

Awful experience to say the least. Ordered delivery at 9:20 pm and had to drive to the store at 11:30 to get my pizza myself. Already had tipped the driver and everything. Food was cold and greasy. Overall terrible experience from a terrible place. absolutely disgusting never order from here.

Not good. Cold when it got here. Forgot sauces we ordered. Also, the kid who answered the phone kept telling us it was 5 minutes away and it took an hour and a half. The app also said the order was complete and it wasn’t here. When it did get here, they didn’t even let us know and it just sat out there for a few minutes before I thought to check. The cherry on top was the manager. She actually had the nerve to bully us and blame us when we tried to complain and wondering what was going on. Don’t go here if you can help it.
