If I could give it a zero star I would. The bathroom has mold, and the carpet is dirty. The place is so run down and dirty. It needs a major renovation. I would not recommend this place and I will never be back

This place should be removed from any school or team recommended accommodations. Moldy, smelly, in need of a complete gutting. Old worn furnishings. Rough linens. Dirty shower curtain. Creepy.

Positive: N/A Negative: The heat didn't work properly, the condition of the hotel was poor and needs some updating. The rooms smelled bad and the hallway area was real cold. The staff weren't very pleasant to work with.

The Baymont looks nice from the outside, but niceness is only skin deep. Checking in was quick but the room was pretty bad. Mold was visible in the corners of floor and ceiling in the bathroom and sleeping space. The heater/AC sounded like a jet engine when it kicked in and sounded even louder at night. The swimming pool looked unique as it was indoor/outdoor and heated. But the water had a brown tint, the hot tub was broken and dehumidifiers were running, leaking water around the pool. The workout room looked like a storage room with the equipment jammed close together, allowing only one person to workout at a time. We stayed one night and left for another.
