Nice theater. I was told the kids series usually sells out. Came 1/2 hour early. There were only about 15 people in the whole theater. I wish I wouldn't have come that early with a 4 year old. Too many trailers for little ones. We left before the movie was over. Workers were nice though. Maybe it was empty because it was a nice day.

The matinee was great. The lounging seats were most comfortable, the movie atmosphere was very quiet, and the new Jurassic Dinosaur movie was excellent! I felt save and actually enjoyed the show. The only thing I would recommend would be lower prices for popcorn and soda due to the economy situations as they are. I did, however, wear my mask even though I didn't see too many people wearing theirs. This was an individual choice I chose to do to keep me safe. I would recommend the North Shore Cinema to all movie viewers, especially the matinee.

We went on a Thursday night and it wasn’t busy at all. There were about 5 staff people behind the counter and no line. A couple of what seemed older/higher management people outside the food counter. We stood there in line while they just talked and joked with each other and paid no attention to us. When someone finally acted as if they could help us even though it was inconvenient to them, and we said we had an order from Zaffiros. The girl said well it’s not guaranteed until the order time (it was three minutes before) so we took our popcorn and put it at our seats and came back. Then go back to be ignored again for another 10 minutes, by which time our movie started and we are still standing there. Staff just joking around with each other and looking at their phones. Finally someone acknowledges us and then goes back to look for our food , we wait again and the come up and sarcastically say well you wanted it hot didn’t you? And said well it’s not really guaranteed at the time you were promised and said it was just done at that minute so it was hot and fresh (which was bs because the pizza was cold and barely fully cooked). Staff just wanted to clown around and let all the customers that were there stand and wait til they were done socializing. Missed the start of the movie to be treated like a problem and then get cold food served with a side of attitude. Terrible, especially since in the past we’ve had good experiences at Marcus. It’s not cheap to go to the movies anymore so it’s a big deal and a special treat to us to do so. With tickets and food we spent $120 there so it’s a special occasion we can’t do all the time. Not a good time at all

Big lovely place to watch the latest movies the seats go back so you can better enjoy the movie. Sonic2 w a s t h e Bomb 💣 full of action. The new character was so fun to was will most definitely be back Tuesday to see again
