My husband who has Aspergers which is on the Autism spectrum, went to this location to reset his online login info as it had been years since he was on unemployment, WE WERE TOLD he had to just come in with ID and it would only take a minute. When he arrived he was first told that they dont do that, I told him to talk to Ted, Ted now said he had to call an make an appointment to reset his login info. I called an spoke to a horrible person named Jean, explained that my husband was there and has ASD and that ppl are not understanding he needs to only reset his login, she said she would help him. Jean sends Brenda who takes him in a back room and tries to get his login info which he doesn't remember and is why he is there, so he calls me to see if I remember how to spell a pets name and I did so she lectures my husband saying that its wrong that I knew the security question an that his user name is my first name an it shouldn't be, she first claims to reset it an said she sent an email to reset but we got no email, she now claims she doesn't know how to reset it. My husband again ask for Jean who now says she needs a lot of info to reset his online login account, she claims she needs to "update" his account, he thinks the questions are odd as he just filed for unemployment, so he ask for the supervisor who comes in and now claims he has to register with them for job training so he might as well do that now.....WHAT! he hasn't even been approved for unemployment yet and this is not what the other 2 ppl just said. He again ask if they are unwilling to reset his login info, they claim they are willing to but only if he answers all their questions first. Just for kicks, I decided at that moment to check an see if the login was reset and IT WAS!! You didnt want him on the phone with me but he wanted to feel safe after you all intentionally intimidated him. I told my husband if he wanted he could leave, he said he was too uncomfortable with these 3 women standing over him, lecturing an questioning him. YOU THREE ARE DISGUSTING LONELY LITTLE PEOPLE to corner someone you know has a mental disability just to harass him and ur lucky I wasn't there!! You are all horrible people and my husband will be filing a complaint with the labor commissioner.
