I thought that this place was honest, so I had to bring my sister’s car to get a leaking water pump fixed, After paying $1,100 dollars to fix her car, I had to bring it back because the water pump keep leaking, “according to them they fixed it” and then the car keep leaking antifreeze, I brought the car back and than they say that it was a defective water pump, so they have the car there for like 2 weeks waiting on the dealership to honor the part’s warranty, so I called them back to see what’s going on with the car, and than the people from shantok say, “according to shantok” Volkswagen said that the warranty is only up to 12k miles for parts, we had more than 12k miles according to shantok, now the shop says that we have to pay AGAIN $1,100 dollars, So sad that a shop like this take advantage of customers, specially when is a single mother of two and does not have that amount of money under the pillow, they should offer to install the new pump with no charge after so much trouble, and also because it was such a expensive fix, for all I know they probably ruined the pump and are not being honest, now this working single mother of two have no car to keep working and provide for her kids because this Greedy business, obviously the fixed was never right from the very beginning, by the ends shantok never fixed the car and took my sisters money
