I made an appointment 2 months ago. I did the questionnaire they have prior to the appointment. Then I reseive a passive aggressive message that I need to get it done. I left them a message saying I did it. No phone call back. Then I reseive another voice-mail with the same attitude. I call back and they tell me they have to record of me doing it. They want me to do it gain. I understand the need to get it done. What I don't understand is the attitude around it. I canceled my appointment I have no need to be cared for my these people who seem not to care for their patients.

I see Andrea and she is great! I have been going for a couple of years and I have no complaints.. She is very thorough during each appointment and she's kind!

I have been a patient at the Headache Center with my APRN Andrea for years. Before I had treatment with the Headache Center my migraines were so debilitating I could barely get to work or do anything that I enjoyed. My provider, Andrea, is thoughtful and kind, and always listens to me in a way that makes me feel understood. I am grateful they have given me back the ability to function.

Was referred here by my PCP. They never called. When I called to see if they’d received my referral they couldn’t find it, after three phone call attempts since they shut the phones off midday and apparently don’t stagger their lunches? Was then told the office closest to me still featured on their website doesn’t exist…. Made an appointment for SIX MONTHS OUT. Stayed on the phone for half an hour answering all the prescreening questions. I was told if I didn’t fill out their questionnaire within 24 hours they would cancel my appointment… for six months out… Alright. Sent it in and got notification they received it. Approximately two weeks later they called and cancelled my appointment due to a scheduling conflict and said I could call back and reschedule. What an incredible joke. If you get referred here ask for somewhere else.
