I went here with a friend the sign said they close at 8 pm we didn’t arrive until 8:30. The owner was doing paper work so she served us since she was already there; we were there until mid night amazing service will definitely recommend people to come here. The best service I have received on park road! One of the few family owed business I would recommend. 10/10 in my opinion!

Only 1 person working on a Saturday evening? We had to wait +20 minutes just to order, after we ordered and paid, she said it will be a 20 minutes wait for an ice cream (It ended up to be 40 min). Also, they force a tip on you. After reading the reviews and the owner responses, I can say I’m not surprised. The ice cream was not worth the wait either - Update: Not having staff scheduled is the management problem not the customers. Try paying them good money instead of asking us to tip because “they work hard” The service I got was horrible, but you wanted me to tip because you had only one employee to work? Sounds like a you problem.
