This was our second time staying here. All of the staff were super friendly at check-in and check-out times. Good selection of breakfast and the rooms were nice! Highly recommend!!!

The staff was phenomenal. Especially Matt who not only checked us in, but filled us in on the amenities. I also saw him going out of his way for other guests. I don’t know if Hampton still does the Catch me at my best, but he deserves several. Outside of that. Rooms were clean and cozy. Nice hotel.

Positive: Staff were excellent. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast good. Negative: Curtain does not cover any part of the window. Outside lights in the parking lot shown intensely through the window. We could not darken the room. Privacy in the room at night. Roomdesign (not decor) was not good. Lamp design made it not very functional.

Nice location, great breakfast. Rooms could be updated. Nice pool and fitness center. Overall not bad. Would stay here again. Right off the highway and State street. Rockford Casino literally across the street. Cherry 🍒 Vale mall only 1.7 miles away, straight shot!
