Ordered an item that was not in stock. However, joel assisted me in sending the item to me in a most efficient manner. Very fast shipping. Camera Land Inc. has quality merchandise, namely optics and camera equipment. The prices are very reasonable and the personnel are outstanding. Doug will assist the scope crowd and Joel is most adept in cameras. We would highly recommend Camera Land Inc.

I called to ask if I dropped off my binoculars for repair if they would be ready by the date I needed them. The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite but told me they don't do binocular repair because of how complex they can be and that they would send out a more expensive pair than the ones I have to the manufacturer. Their website, however, not only states that they do binocular repair but lists a price for the service. If they have stopped doing binocular repair they need to update their website and of they do binocular repair than the man I spoke to is misinformed.
