The room seems clean upon first look. Then you check the bedding and there are multiple burn holes and stains. Bottom of tub was stained black or dirty. Shower curtain was covered in mildew. Refund was never applied to my account and choice hotels customer service was extremely unhelpful with this situation. Between membership points and money this room cost me $200. I'm so very disgusted and unhappy with choice hotels at this point that I may never use them again if I can help it. Oh and the police were there for some reason upon our departure. This is a no tell motel.

Good morning too all y'all that can see this hope you all start a fun Sunday 😎 and roseway inn & suites hotel was ok when I purchased a room for 70sum and the room was and a bad condition there was alot of nasty water in the floor and the restroom shower did not had a a curtain the sleep was good thou and god bless all y'all

I wouldn't suggest staying there. Room was dirty no towels or toilet paper in the restroom. Drug paraphernalia in the side drawer. After the room was finally half clean. And paid for a week. The front desk came in the morning said We had people in and out all night (on video) but refused to show any video. Mind you this was 11am if there was and there wasn't. Why wait till the next day? Then he shoved my elderly disabled mother trying to fight me. Very unprofessional and kept our money for the whole week. Thieves if you ask me.

HORRIBLE! I will never ever go to this hotel again! It is so disgusting there is trash everywhere in the hallways! I walked into my room and it smelt like something had died in there the bedding quality is so cheap and raggedy. I had a person knock on my door asking for drugs in front of my kids!!!!! I went into the pool area and there was cob webs on all the tables and chairs plus sand in the pool. And the Workers are very rude and not professional at all. I had wanted to speak to a manger about my experience and he was worst than the employees. I will NEVER come back to this hotel again. I went to this hotel when it was the Howard Johnson and it was ten times better than this! The new owners should not be owning a hotel.
