Do not trust this company. Dillon was soliciting our neighborhood after hail storms were in our area. He told us he was positive we would be approved for a new roof thru our insurance. Insurance only approved a partial repair. He then assured us we would still get it done after he removed a couple shingles and sent them for an Itel review. After the report showed they had a solid match for our roof and insurance would still only approve a partial repair, Dillon completely disappeared. He wouldn't respond to my insurance company or myself for a couple weeks. I tried calling the business directly and was told either Dillon or his supervisor would be in touch. Still nothing. Called again a week later. Was told Dillon his supervisor, or the sales manager would call me back since they are always "in a meeting" when I call. Still nothing. Mind you my roof has been missing shingles for 6 weeks now. They won't even simply come back and replace them. Just left me high and dry (or wet maybe). This place is an absolute joke and a disaster. Do not do business with them. They cannot be trusted.

Worst contracting firm I’ve ever worked with. One person tells me one thing another something different. They destroyed siding and blamed it on us. I have four skylights on the back porch each now has roofing around them in 4 different patterns. They weasel their way out of fixing their mistakes. Never again.

Following a May hail storm, I contacted Feazel not knowing what roof hail damage even looked like. Within a couple of days, Andrew Leachman showed up and helped my husband and me with everything we needed to know. Without Andrew's expertise and knowledge, I would have accepted the insurance company's immediate claim offer and ended up with a substandard repair. Andrew's knowledge and experience assured that not only was our roof replaced, but the siding that had been damaged as well. The initial insurance claim offer did not recognize the siding damage. Andrew was accessible in person or by phone at all hours, responding quickly to any queries. Choosing Feazel and working with Andrew has made a significant difference. I have learned to always go with a reputable company and trust those with expert knowledge. I would recommend Feazel and Andrew Leachman to everyone.
