In the past, I have been seen within the hour. Today was horrible. Website to do online check in is a joke. You are expected to pay up front before you can be seen. What is the use of checking in online, if you are still not going to be seen in a timely manner? There needs to be better communication with the patients and if staff is busy, don't take anymore patients until you finish seeing the ones already signed in and made an online appointment. After 2.5 hours, I had enough and asked for a refund as there was least 1 to 2 people ahead of me. Reluctantly, I got the refund and left. The staff could do better and simply don't care. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Payment needs to be collected after the service and not before.
