Office staff is Not friendly. I have gone on several occasions same unfriendly treatment. I enter a staff member sitting at the desk gets up to leave Does not acknowledge my presence. I like Dr. T but I dislike having to deal with the office staff.

Dr. Truong has always been great to me. Cheryl the medical assistant is also super friendly and helpful every time I go in. This is why I give 3 stars to this office. However the receptionists are unprofessional and not very friendly. Every time I call in, they put me on hold and I end up getting hung up on and two different times I got put on hold and then I ended up getting connected with a different patient who was also on hold… how does that even happen?? After calling three times one day and being hung up on each time after being put on hold I called again and told them I could not be put on hold, where I was then responded to rather rudely and kept on being interrupted. Today I went in for an appointment at 2 pm and naturally I showed up a few minutes early. The sign said the office was open however both doors were locked. I pulled on the door a few times and looked inside the door to see the receptionists just sitting there and they did not even bother leaving the desk to come open the door even after seeing me and after I pulled on the door. Eventually another patient had to call the doctor who then opened the door for us. I will continue coming to this office because of the wonderful doctors and medical assistants however the front desk staff needs some work.

This place does not even deserve one star. I’ve had problems with this office for years but didn’t go often enough to force a change. Had an X-ray done a few months back that THEY screwed up the billing on and listed as work related so insurance did not pay. Now fighting insurance to resolve. I now have Covid and they refuse to prescribe anything to help symptoms because they say I owe a balance that I don’t owe. Worthless. And definitely not in practice for their patients.

I am so sorry, but we just cannot accommodate walk ins at our office. An established patient can be seen the same day, we will double book if we are not totally 'full' that day. On top of that our doctors are not here seeing patients at this time, as some of them have not even arrived by 8 a.m..
We encourage our patients to check out the following guide provided by the Tarrant County Health Department
Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy (OMT) is hands-on therapy used to diagnose, treat and prevent illness or injury. This therapy requires our physicians to move your muscles and joints using an array of techniques including stretching, gentle pressure and resistance.

With most insurances you do not need a referral from us to see your specialist; however, if you have some BCBS and Aetna plans you may need us to do a referral for you. First, in order to provide the referral, this medical issue must have been discussed with your physician at an office visit. Your doctor will start the referral, and we MUST get it authorized by your insurance company before you can even see the specialist, or you will have to pay for the visit out of pocket. Getting these authorizations can take a minimum of 48 hours up to a week. Please be patient, we are not trying to delay your care, it’s up to your insurance company to approve the referral. If you change the provider after we have started the process, it will delay the referral. As soon as it is approved we will forward the authorization to your specialist, as we have already sent them your information prior to getting the authorization.
We are more than happy to file with each of your insurances that we are in network with; however, you (AFP cannot do this, the insurance companies do not allow us to call them) must call both insurance companies to notify each other so that the coordination of benefits can be done prior to filing you claims. In other words, who pays first, and who pays second, etc. Otherwise, this could cause a complication of your benefits, including duplicate payments, refunds, and/or billing you for services that would have been covered.
Yes, we have one provider that you can book online through ZocDoc. Our only provider is Dr. Sherley Aramath, and you can read a little more about her on this website.
