I never truly felt comfortable going into a jewelry shop until I found Gennaro's. Owner Gary and his team were courteous, attentive, and patient; they made the whole experience super easy. Awesome selection of rings on site and they do repairs quick (I had my watch done recently). Can't recommend them enough. Go in and see Cindy- she will really take care of you!

Gennaro Jewelers is incredible. In just over two hours, I had a new setting for a century old diamond engagement ring. Not wanting to compromise the original setting’s look, Diana expertly helped me select a new setting that could most closely resemble the original. Her time, patience, and knowledge gave me the confidence to make this necessary change. (Not to mention the great conversations we had while I “watched and waited”.)The diamond setter skillfully recreated the look and set the diamonds with impeccable precision. The ring was moved from station to station and never left my sight. Each person handled the ring with respect and cleaned it multiple times along the journey to achieve maximum sparkle. Gennaro far exceeds any jeweler I have ever experienced.

Thomas, the watch specialist, helped identify which part I needed to fix my Movado automatic watch, gave me the watch info to use when I contacted Movado to get the piece, and then installed the piece free of charge. Great place to go if you need your watch repaired.
