Do NOT move here. If I could give a 0 star I would. It has been 1 month since my leaks started. Maintenance won't come fix all 4 leaks (one on the balcony too) emailing the owner doesn't seem to help. The office or Maintenance staff just lie and say that there isn't anyone with the name Faith that live here. Wellll I'm living here aren't I?? Yes. For almost 2 YEARS!! Anytime it rains, the walls get worse. Because that makes sense and they don't seem to care. Especially how close water is to the SMOKE DETECTOR! Don't get my started on the roach infestation here. It's IN THE WALLS! Pest control guy doesn't seem to help. He's come here twice and it just made it worse. Throughout the whole building, everyone has problems. I've set traps out and it works temporarily. Just too many issues they won't come fix. I sure hope I get my deposit back when I move out soon.

Our Perspective

Everytime I call the office no one answers, I’ve made many work orders that have never been filled. Pretty sure I have mold and no ones done anything about it for over a month and my kids keep getting sick

Been living here for about two years now, when I first moved in, I noticed a lot of crime and garbage around the property which I wasn’t happy about. Recently the new management has been busting their butts trying to get this place cleaned up and back on track. Hands down best management we’ve had since I’ve been here. Very happy with the way things are turning around.

We’ve lived here for three months with no working dishwasher and probably sent about 10 emails now basically begging to get it fixed. Super bare minimum effort, and sometimes not even that. If you want to move in, expect no maintenance issues being fixed… like ever
