Not gonna lie, this place is pretty horrible from the predatory towing to the foundational cracks from the train tracks, to the water pipes clanging against the wall when the apartment above flushes the toilet!

Everyday it changes but for a 3 bedroom the rate was 1610.00

My boyfriend and I are in the process of moving here, we are reading reviews and are very concerned about the parking situation that most people mention, has that gotten any better? We need parking for his work vehicle, so parking is a must for us.

No, is not any better, they may tell you the parking lot is almost done, but its been weeks since they've done anything, don't trust them, and find a place with an assigned parking spot, this place does't give you one, even if you pay for it.
