Very terrible urgent care.. doctor was terrible at her job she had absolutely no knowledge of what she was doing with me and still charged me full price just to tell me to go somewhere else.. very dirty and run down office they don't keep clean beware

We were given this location by a CDC recommended hotline for "Test To Treat" locations in the area. The hotline rep said this location would be able to test and treat for Covid. Well, that didn't happen. There was no doctor on the premises. They said we could possibly do telehealth with a doctor but I didn't see anything set up to have a virtual visit. All we received were excuses and hesitation to treat. We decided to leave. The cleanliness of this place was questionable. I will never return to this facility.

So I had a very bad experience today at this location. The doctor, Ms Janki Sharma never listened to my situation. I only needed a refill for my anxiety medication. Never asked me about my symptoms. Basically dismissed me after telling me I need to exercise and breath fresh air. I wasn't looking for instant release medication like Xaxas or Valium. Only needed a prescription for Paxil or Zoloft that is the type of SRRI medication that regulates seratonin level in patients brain. Not looking for opiats like oxycodin or morphyne. So pretty much she gave me a bandaid on a broken leg. Not professional. And very cruel

They have rapid and PCR. Rapid results are in an hour. They told me PCR is 5-10 days
The results are ready 20 minutes after you take the test. What you will do is go in register they'll give you a number that you can monitor on your phone. When it's your turn you will go in take your test and in 20 minutes you'll know. if you register early in the day the weight will be shorter.

You can take care of the entire process in the morning or in the afternoon depending on how busy they are. When you're done you'll have the paperwork you need.
