My 84 year old grandfather has Covid and my 81 year old grandma went in to the pharmacy to pick up his prescriptions as well as ask for a Covid test as she was advised to do so from the ER doctor, the female pharmacist who helped her proceeded to scream and yell at her in front of everyone about not having a mask( she asked for one and was told they don’t have any) and how dare she come in here spreading Covid. I was not home at the time so I could not pick it up for them.my grandmother was on her last disposable mask and when she left the ER after being subjected to who knows what kind of different illnesses, she threw her mask away. How can you yell at someone about not having mask yet when they asked for one they were told you didn’t have any? You’re a pharmacy. How do you not have masks available when you’re asking that people have one? And how dare you not only yell at and scream and humiliate an elderly woman, but put her down for following instructions from the ER doctor at the hospital your pharmacy is affiliated with! Hypocrisy at its finest. Rite aid do better. To the pharmacist: do better. Be better. I hope you have the day you deserve. And I sure hope you treat all patients with respect and kindness like they deserve instead of the way you treated my grandmother.

Pretty despicable that a 'pharmacy' has staff walking around in fake masks during a pandemic. If it is just made out of mesh and rhinestones it is doing nothing to keep your germs to yourself. I am switching all of my perscriptions to a better and safer pharmacy.

Nothing against this particular location, the staff here are awesome! But it is SO SO SO FRUSTRATING to try to refill my meds on the buggy, laggy, nonresponsive mobile site that I'm about to transfer all of my scripts next door to Safeway in a fit of pique. I've spent over an hour trying to get the site to work and I'm ready to give up.

Expect to pay 2x more for most products, they don’t price match their own website, and the old woman I dealt with was incredibly rude. Went to pick up an OTC item this morning, $26 on Amazon, $30 on Rite Aids website, they were $40 in store and due to the personal urgency of needing the product that’s what we paid. Go somewhere else if you can, all they care about is profit.
