This location is clean and nice. I like being able to visit my friend here. Sometimes the noise from the fairgrounds can be bothersome.

Sherry. You have to go to complex for application. The fees will be collected after you get approved for apartment, and fill out your lease. Application is in a box right outside of the office doors. Good luck!
