When they asked me questions when I register in she push me aside with hand movement. I had bad experience there today it was supposed to be walk ins appointments. I had to wait 1hr45mins before my I sign in before everyone else show that is not right at all turn when waiting on my medicine overheard them talking trash about my Mom . Never again. The doctor and 1 nurse was OK though. I had sinuses issues every year.

I had come in with very bad ear pain and such bad throat pain I could barley swallow She looked in my ears said they were fine said my throat was fine gave me a covid and flue test it came back negative and she told me to get some cold and flue medicine from the Kroger they were located in…. The next morning I woke up scared because I couldn’t swallow and I couldn’t hear and had such bad ear and throat pain I was in tears, I went to urgent care which I should’ve just done in the first place because this place wasted my time the lady at urgent care spent less than ten seconds in my ear and said oh my gosh both ears are severely infected got me meds on the spot. She told me that she didn’t know how the lady at the little clinic missed this because it didn’t happen over night…. It’s scary to think that the nurse at this little clinic use to work at childrens. I would never recommend this place to a soul this was the worst experience I ever had for the simple fact that the nurse DID NOT CARE ENOUGH to correct diagnosis me causing me suffering and stress. I’d rate this place a negative if I could. Absolutely horrible they need new drs who can actually diagnose people

I have been instructed by my doctor to get tested for COVID-19 because I am very sick. I scheduled my appointment for 11:20 am. When I arrived I called to check in per the directions on the website. I called to check in at 11:25. They told me to come inside and so I entered the store and walked directly to the desk, assuming they would want to immediately separate me from everyone else as a possible covid risk. There were two people working, a man and a woman. The man, I believe his name tag said "Mike", asked if he can help me and I tell him why I'm there. He asks what time my appointment is and I tell him, to which he loudly responded "well you're 10 minutes late so you need to reschedule" (I wasn't 10 minutes late). The person next in line comments that there's a line ahead of me and "Mike" turns to her and once again raises his voice to say "I know, she just skipped the whole line". I was obviously horrified and embarrassed. I responded " I'm sorry, I didn't think you would want someone with a possible active covid infection just standing in line with all your other patients!" I left and will not be returning. In summary, the little clinic (at least this location), has very rude staff that openly tries to humiliate their patients. They have apparently no covid precautions in place and expect people with a possible active covid infection to not only come inside the store, but stand in line with all their other patients. I don't think I've ever been so upset with a customer service experience. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.

I attempted to go to another clinic for my daughter's sports physical. That clinic did not even acknowledge we were there. We immediately left and went to The Little Clinic on S. High. They acknowledge that we were even there. They even got us in without an appointment, with little to no wait time. This is definitely my go to, when I can't get my children to their pediatrician.
