My kids been going to Pediatric Associates since they been born. At first they were seeing Dr. Lee until he left states now their currently seeing Dr.Ward for the past couple of years. Dr. Ward is very thorough and always listens to any concern. I always feel comfortable bringing my children to this office, the wait is never long and I love the convenience of electronic check-in.

I called the referral department & spoke to a woman named Sierra, she was very rude and nasty! She kept over talking me and kept getting smart with me. I will NEVER give this place a chance just because of her! I do not want to come to a place of business with rude employees. Sierra’s customer service is terrible & I will be calling back to talk to her supervisor, she should be fired in my opinion. I have never experienced this with any other practice.

My family has been coming to pediatric for decades now my dad was dr.fernald and robins patient and so was I now all my children see doctor Boyle. Doctor sandra boyle is so kind hearted and really cares and loves children not to mention this doctor knows her stuff. They have always called back in a timely manner in a emergency after hours and have always been there to treat and care for my kids. Also my self and my dad before this office was here. This office deserves 5 stars.

That was good place to go when those older doctors were available. Dr. Lee (the one of founders), Dr. Boyle are very good doctors. Recently, since my child needed to to out-state, so we hurried to have dr. Randolph to check and order my child blood test to see if there is any issue as my husband discussed with dr. Randolph. However, when my insurance EOB came, we are surprised that the blood test costed us more then 800 hundreds dollars. The same test we asked during appointment was about $15 dollars at other doctor place. We saw there were more than 4 items that were for clinical study. However, when a doctor ordered other items, especially those clinical research, clinical study, as patient, we have right to know, and doctor needs to tell us before we went to test. There was no official test result sent to us, doctor only called us about the couple of test results we asked, he never mentioned those clinical study too which we need to pay hundred dollars. When we talked to Practice Manager, Karlena Capadone, and concerned dr. Randolph over tested for our child, she became more and more nasty. The only thing she tried to do was defended the doctor. when we said we may need to talk to medical board, she threatened us that she will kick my child out of their Pediatric Associates. I am really worried that kind culture the practice manager build at there, how patient can protect their rights when we go there.
