I went there in December 2018 or 2019. I'd seen a Pitbull type dog for adoption. I was told a few times that he had been surrendered by his family. Months later i was going to do a follow up & tell them how my dog was doing. I Googled their site & up popped one of the local news channels that does Wednesday adoptions. My dog was in the video. When a woman asked the history of the dog, the woman from the shelter replied they didn't know much about the dog as he was found roaming the streets I wasn't happy at having been lied to.

Xena, just one of many loving puppies awaiting to be adopted there, staff super educated, friendly, and willing to not give up in the time of COID-19 so their animals could find homes and not sit in kennels.

In search of new friends for our home. We brought home 2 kitties. Very clean facility, there were volunteers in the cat area, they were very helpful. We picked out 2 and then we went to a counselor and got all the details on both kitties...very helpful. So grateful for this place. Very good deal price wise. We also got some coupons for food and kitty litter. Free health screening within 10 days. We love our new friends!

Yes, they 16 is the age to sign up. Under that a parent has to be with you. 😺
This is a great question. It depends on the age. In December, our adoption fees are way cheaper, but generally they are: $300 for puppies under 7 months $160 for dogs between 7 months and under 6 years $60 for dogs 6 years and older
They do have a small capacity for animals that aren't cats and dogs. If you want to know their release policies I suggest calling them.
We adopted a dog that tutned out to be an agressive/posessive of my wife , and twice mauled our daughters Chihauha for coming near my wife. Took him back to the shelter; they had not screaned him for his aggessive behavior. Don't go there.
They don't put animals down unless the animal has a severe medical issue and it would be in the best not to allow the animal to suffer. They have many volunteers that help Foster unadoptable pets, even for hospice. 💗
We always have dogs and cats available for adoption. We often have rabbits, guinea pigs and other pocket pets, and occasionally birds or livestock animals. Adoption fees include the following services: Spay/neuter surgery First set of vaccinations, including rabies Health exam at the shelter Health exam at a vet clinic Microchip Please note: Pet license fees are not included in the price of adoption and must be paid separately.
