Everytime you have a appointment you have to wait a a hour until seen its crazy

I scheduled my surgery clerence in April for June 1st at 1:30pm. At 11:30am on June 1st I recieved a message on my chart that there was an additional appointment scheduled for June 2nd at 10am. I called the out patient scheduling and confirmed that someone scheduled a appointment for me. I asked that someone give me a call back. I was very worried that someone would schedule a appointment without my knowledge or consent! A woman name Richie called me and said she has been emailing the doctor back and forth and the final decision was to reschedule the appointment I had. Yale PCC lacks customer service, extremely unorganized and rude. She did not call me before she scheduled me a appointment. Hours before my appointment she did not call me to tell me it was cancelled. I had this appointment since April!! She told me due to COVID 19 is why this happened... nooo you guys have been inconsistent and inconsiderate for a very long time before COVID camr about. I now have to pay a $500 rescheduling fee due to my pre op blood work and physical being Late and missed out on work. I do not recommend this clinic. Please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
